This ranking is at least 10 years old and that’s being generous. Literally. Beta is lower. Delt only is ranked 1 Nov-Dec, and spring time, otherwise it’s weird unless midhouse is open. Theta is NOT top anymore and hasn’t been for a few years at least in sisterhood and variety in social life. Phi, AXO, and Pi Phi literally compete for the same girls each year so not sure why AXO is below kappa unless you haven’t been on campus for 10 years… this whole list is a mess. I’m saying this as someone ranked in the top 2 “tiers” too lol

Pi phi solidified their fall off this year. Axo still is nearly nowhere near the top 3, they have NEVER competed for the same girls with any other houses other than DG and kappa. If you want to argue that theta, aphi and pi phi aren’t the 3 top houses you can argue with the wall. All houses are great but there is a very clearly defined “top 3” and “bottom 3”.
