Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Southern Illinois University Carbondale - SIUC 4.4 Phi tau is a great group of respectful guys. Their house is amazing, which explains why they don't let strangers in to their parties. Probably the only fraternity that always asks "who do you know here?" But if you do know someone there, you'll definitely have a good time.
