The type of girls you find in Zeta are truly 50/50. Some are nice and some are mean. All blonde with little diversity. Very much partiers.

Known as the stereotypical sorority/party girls, but I've genuinely not met a mean zeta in all my years at Samford. They all love Christ well, and I am always encouraged by conversations I have with them. I have heard that they are mean and judgmental, but I have yet to come across one.

Freshmen girls <3 pleaseeeee get off greekrank. Go into recruitment with an open mind and you’ll have a much better experience I promise. Often times people from other chapters will post untrue things about a chapter they’re not in so they can get more bids. Base your opinions off of actual recruitment and not greekrank or Instagram aesthetics.

This is the most genuine group of girls that I've ever met. Although I'm not in a sorority, these girls are the most intentional and willing to be friends with everyone. They are gorgeous. They can be known for having a bad rap, but once you are friends with a zeta Tau Alpha they are kindest and so loving. They do like to party, but who doesn't? Not all of the girl's party but some do. They like to have a good time. If you ever feel like you need to have a spontaneous good time my zeta friend is always who I call. Overall best chapter I've met.

From my observation, Zeta Tau Alpha is truly one of the strongest and most well-rounded sororities at Samford University. The chapter is filled with beautiful, confident, and accomplished young women who embody genuine Southern hospitality. They are warm, welcoming, and known for building friendships across the entire Greek community—not just within their own sisterhood. ZTA’s are highly involved throughout campus, committed to serving others, and incredibly philanthropic. They also host the annual Mr. Samford competition, one of the university’s most entertaining and anticipated events. Their combination of sisterhood, leadership, campus involvement, philanthropy, and authentic kindness makes Zeta an exceptional chapter and a standout among Samford’s sororities.
