Kids are jealous that pikapp got a huge house near college ave last semester. Definitely top tier and has a legit shot to be #1 in 1-2 years if ofsa doesn’t kick them off

Just rushed them their ok. they need to do a better job of showing what they got they have a lot of dope spots to throw bangers but there tryba stay lowkey prolly bc of the merger. the brothers are cool im tryna rush a frat next semester id say so far there number 3 on my list id say chi phi and theta are a little better but a lot theta brothers are actually awkward af so i think chi phi is top and pike is way overrated but yea pikapp is legit
