Stupid rich kids and very into academics. Has a ton of money to throw into their parties but are strict with letting in girls. Great guys though, I’ve never heard anyone speak poorly about a brother.

Great fraternity for true gentleman, leaned mostly on academic filled with a lot of smart dudes. Beautiful house that is constantly cleaned. If you’re interested in rushing I highly recommend. However they are quite selective with their bids.

They are mid. The parties are mid but they have a nice house. Guys are kinda weird and awkward but that’s about it. Pretty average have def been to better frats

Lower top tier and they play great music. Chi Psi has the nicest house on campus. The brothers are all kind and have a great set of morals.

They’re alright not top tier yet. It’s safe to say they are in the top 7 or 8 though. If they’re steadily progressing, they can get a bit higher.
