Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at College of William & Mary - WM 5.0 One part of SigEp that I ended up appreciating more than I expected is that the Balanced Man Program is built as a four-year development experience instead of a short pledge period. I liked having an actual structure for growth from the day I joined through graduation. That combination of brotherhood and development is the main reason I would consider joining again.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at College of William & Mary - WM 5.0 From my experience with the organization, the Balanced Man Program is built as a four-year development experience instead of a short pledge period. I liked having an actual structure for growth from the day I joined through graduation. I still wanted a social life, but I liked having reasons to be involved that would matter after college too.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at College of William & Mary - WM 5.0 If someone asked me why I picked SigEp, I would say the Balanced Man Program is built as a four-year development experience instead of a short pledge period. I liked having an actual structure for growth from the day I joined through graduation. That made membership feel useful beyond the social side and gave me a reason to stay involved.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at College of William & Mary - WM 4.7 This is the only frat I've been able to have real conversations with. Everyone else is just boring and doesn't have a thought in their mind.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at College of William & Mary - WM 5.0 Even their mixers are hype asf. I like that they have a place for everyone to dance, a place to talk, and a place to play games. At every other frat ppl just stand around and stare at each other cause everyone is too afraid to talk.
