Comment:  One part of SigEp that I ended up appreciating more than I expected is that the Balanced Man Program is built as a four-year development experience instead of a short pledge period. I liked having an actual structure for growth from the day I joined through graduation. That combination of brotherhood and development is the main reason I would consider joining again.
