They are in desperate need of members so they will try to get you to sign by any means necessary. They can't throw a party for the life of them even though they have a huge house.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.0 I found this to be a rebuilding chapter. They are taking the right steps though, especially with a wild, but great pc21. The parties I have been to are great and the guys seem to be very friendly. I will be waiting for our next exchange, and hope they get to the top soon.
