Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 3.5 I’ve been talking to a guy in their New Pc and let me just tell you these guys are on the come up. He treated me right and with respect. He even walked me home after the slumber party. It might be a long road to the top but they definitely got the right guys to do it in PC 19.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 1.0 This house was honestly pretty good but the membership review this year killed them. They have the biggest physical house of any frat and with the vast majority of their members kicked out by nationals they may very well not be able to afford the place in a year or two. Sad to see them fall so hard but it's the harsh reality of their situation.
