I put middle because that is probably where they will end up pretty soon (since they just joined they dont really have a tier). A good amount of solid guys in this fraternity. Generating a lot of good buzz among freshman. As of right now theres no place for them to party which hurts them, but rushes dont have to worry about that since they would be a pledge anyway if they joined another fraternity

Strangest mix of guys. Nothing in common except for not being able to get into any other frat. Don't have a social life, they literally beg sororities to mix with them and none do lol.

No idea why they already have several rankings, but they just came to campus a month ago. By far the worst fraternity atm, since they're a colony with no place to party. Dudes are losers who didn't want to tough out pledging at a real fraternity.

They're bottom tier only because they're a new chapter, but they're definitely above lxa already. The guys in it that I've met seem super cool

Decent group but they're brand new so they have a lot of weird guys and a couple good guys. Once the novelty wears off they'll fall into the very bottom spot until they prove themselves relevant.

PiKapp seems to be heading in the right direction. Starting a fraternity is a serious investment but that just means the brothers have to work a lot harder than the established frats on campus. As of right now, middle until they prove themselves. We'll see.
