In no particular order other than alphabetical:
top: adpi,ddd, kd, phi mu
mid: aopi, axo, chio, dz, kkg, zta
bottom: agd,dg, piphi, sk
Things are shifting but this is how it is. Even though kd and adpi had weak recent recruitments with lots of snap bids they are still top tier. A lot of girls wanted what others
historically deem mid in the last two years. AXO, ZTA and DZ had some really strong years recently as did SK but they are still in these tiers.
All of the chapters are great and there
Are a lot of options.

I think it is pretty good and puts everything in 3 tiers. I feel like you will only be happy if your chapter is in a higher tier. Not everyone can be top.

I've seen a lot of rankings on here and this one is honestly pretty spot on for the last few years. More out of state girls are coming to UTK, so things have definitely shifted. Rankings change every few years too. Some houses that are called mid now used to be top, and some of the top houses used to be considered mid.
