Even though kd and adpi had weak recent recruitments with lots of snap bids they are still top tier. A lot of girls wanted what others historically deem mid in the last two years. AXO, ZTA and DZ had some really strong years recently as did SK but they are still in these tiers. All of the chapters are great and there Are a lot of options.
