Hall lowkey underrated, not better than DKE, but better than most in their tier. SAE would be able to compete with phi psi if their reputation for late nights wasn't so bad. Sig Chi barely hanging on in their tier. Chi Phi Snu are pretty equal, mid tier are also pretty equal.
