Places I would dirty rush and why

For these 4 you need dirty rush to get a bid for the most part

DKE - northeast, money, solid parties, great relations, theta
Hall - not southern anymore, 50/50 cool guys to weird guys, good parties, good relations
Phi psi - mixed guys from all over, best parties on grounds, solid relations, great new pc
Zete - rich southern guys, if you fit that mold it’s good, but I don’t really see the appeal, bad parties, good relations/reputation

Sig Chi - don’t really need the d rush but definitely helps. Bad house location, good parties and cool dudes

These you don’t really need to dirty rush but are still good choices
SAE - northeastern guys that act like they’re southern, no one actually wants to go SAE they want dke phi psi hall or Elmo (don’t really cross with Zete) but got dropped.
Elmo - weirded new pc of ever, rush of doom and despair, great parties, not so good relations anymore, don’t need dirty rush cuz they’re going to bid everyone this year
