DKE, Hall
These two are essentially on par with each other. DKE has the most wealth at this school and throws very often. They only have Northern kids (NY,CT,NY,Mass,etc) that fit a specific vibe (rich, lax). Some girls find their parties to have a bit of a creepy vibe but generally like them. Bit of a douchey stereotype. Hall is a historic and wealthy fraternity also. They throw some of the most elaborate parties and darties. They used to be the southern fraternity, but now take kids from all around and generally have a few squids in each pc. It is impossible to get a bid at these houses without dirty rush. They both mix with theta/kappa/tridelt/aphi, but theta loves DKE and tridelt loves Hall (these are also the foxfield pairings). Hall is in TILKA and DKE is in both Eli Banana and TILKA.

Zete, Phi Psi, Elmo
All three of these houses are also very wealthy. Zete is the best of this category, however next year they may switch with Phi Psi. They get all of the guys from the actual southern states, and all of them are from private schools (think Woodberry vibe). They mix primarily with kappa (who are also southern). Their parties however suck, and most other sororities do not mix with them as much. Very niche group, impossible to get a bid without dirty rush. Phi Psi has recently risen, and has a more LA vibe. The guys are honestly a little squiddy and random, but girls like them because they are super nice. Definitely a more boyfriend/gay best friend vibe. Solid guys, fantastic parties. Psichedelic is the best party of the year for sure, and it requires an enormous amount of setup. Elmo used to be on par with DKE but DKE stole all of their kids during rush and Elmo ended up snap bidding their whole PC with squids. If rush goes badly again they will be off the social calender. Aspen (their biggest party) was bumping but the rest sucked and girls do NOT like this new PC. Even box party sucked which is supposed to be their other biggest party. All of these frats still mix with theta/kappa/tridelt/aphi, but aphi goes to foxfield with Phi Psi and kappa with Zete. Elmo goes with no sorority. Also, Elmo and Phi Psi have brutal hazing. Zete is in Eli Banana and Elmo is in TILKA.

SAE
They have their own tier because the below houses are not better, but SAE is not a top house. SAE has a very specific group of guys that they dirty rush - the guys they dirty rush do not generally also rush the houses above. This year they had a very random PC which they snap bidded around half of. Girls like the guys here, definitely more of a “best friend” vibe though. Again, pretty random guys that are northern but like to act southern. They have a location on madbowl which is what carries them. They have good darties because of their location and because they let anyone in. Their late nights suck because girls prefer to go to other houses at night. They are also not in any secret societies. They mix with theta/kappa/tridelt/aphi/piphi/dg, but dg and pi phi the most.

Sig Chi, Kappa Sig
These two are more or less on par with each other. Sig Chi is very northern, and embraces that vibe. Girls liked them significantly more before one of their brothers beat his girlfriend up, sending her to the hospital. This is likely to affect them in rush next year. However, their house is insanely big, to the point where they have a section for parties and a section for living. It is a pain to get there though, as it is very far away. This also gives
