I think the order is off and the divisions are too much. DKE Hall PhiPsi Elmo Zete SAE KS SX ChiPhi Beta SNu Fiji When KS and SX stay out of trouble they are top 4 material. Zete has really capitalized on the other top groups troubles, hats off to them. Still a mix imo and the southern label is for sure overstated. Ditto SAE but again it's a mix, the northern label is over stated. Over stating how much DKE stole from elmo, at the end of the day it's DKE 😂 not the biggest name ever. Imo they split pretty evenly most years I've been here. I think Beta is over ranked personally but they are the epitome of a gal pal frat. Really good guys just boring to me. SNu will probably move up a tier since the only reason they are here was for trouble they didn't get into. Fiji and ChiPhi are both solid, idk the difference tbh. Dark horses.....: KA, PiKapp, OX People like to hate on all 3 but KA has top quality guys, PiKapp is a lot of fun, and OX is the poor man's beta, gal pal city, some guys on the low..
