These 4 are all safe and good
1) DKE: self explanatory, can be douchebags.
2) Zete: if you fit the picture great spot to land, always does well.
3) Phi Psi: coming off two great pcs, now steadily at the top.
4) Hall: Slightly slipping, still no drawbacks to rushing here, slightly better houses.
BE CAREFUL
5) Elmo: How did you mess up rush that bad last year, be careful they have an uphill battle.
6) SAE: always snap bid kids but decent house.
Dirty rush here = guaranteed bid, some dece houses
