Frat Ranks Pre Rush Fall 26

This list is based off the first weekend and where socially the frats stand (a few hot takes here but hear me out).

“Power 5” Top (interchangeable in rows)

I. Theta Chi, Pike, Pikapp
II. Phi Sig, Kappa Sig

Upper Middle (decent):

III. Sig Chi, ATG

Lower Middle (meh, but flaws)

IV. Asig, Delta Chi, Sigep, TKE

Bottom (avoid):

AEPI, AXP

Theta, Pike, and Pikapp were the kings of welcome week. While Pikapp and Pike got shutdown, their outdoors were amazing, both great production. These three have the best lighting, sound, and outdoor party areas. Clear top.

Phi Sig & Kappa are both stuck only indoors. Which is why phi Sig has fallen a tier. Kappa is good, but too far and not outdoors.

Sig Chi has great outdoors for a nonlettered frat, best non lettered on campus.

ATG is great for dartys

Everyone in tier 4 has either fallen off relevance or has a major issue. IE: ZBT + ASIG + DCHI all lost their houses on Phillips/fearing, so now they are scrambling to make do with what they have. Asig could bounce back but after losing their house it’s gonna be rough.

Everyone else just lacks influence.
