Lowk just theta but like they aren't as frat but they have the same parties and more degen

Rich white guys in a nutshell, their backyard is gross but they make up for it with the railing
4. Kappa sig
Lowk pretty diverse frat but the one thing holding them back is the location, good basement parties

Good house, decent location, mediocre guys
6. Pike
Weirder version of asig, ghetto
7. Sigma chi
