They are very pretty and have a great house. Don't judge a book by its cover though. Even though they may think they're the best, they're not. Not that fun at mixers since they always think they're better than you. If you aren't rich and meet their standards, don't even bother becoming friends with them or rushing.

Yeah, they're the "hottest". Still not even close to my favorite sorority however. They are too self absorbed and for the most part fit their stigmas. There are some awesome down to earth Kappas out there, just definitely not the majority. They do have a huge house in a great location tho.

Great sisterhood from what I can tell, people leaving rates saying they don't have a sisterhood are just other sororities trying to hate on them. They're lots of fun and really awesome people, just like every other chapter here at UMass. They get criticized a lot for dumb things but that's bound to happen when you're at the top. Keep doing you, girls.

Closest to a typical southern sorority as you're going to get at UMass especially because of the house. Sisterhood is not any better than anyone else so don't necessarily listen to the comments below because a lot of other chapters are cliquey as well.

KKG is undeniably the top tier sorority at Umass. They have the stereotype of being the hottest, but from what I've seen half of them are hot and the others are very average/nothing special. Many of the Kappas I've encountered give off a fake vibe. It seems many of these girls are in this sorority for the status, not the sisterhood or philanthropy.
