Have been top tier for a some years now but have been on a steep decline. Need a good pledge class or they will likely become middle tier

Not as bad as everyone says they are. I know plenty of cool pikes but I know even more god awful ones. They really hurt greek life as a whole at UMass. Aside from that they have decent philanthropy and a good social stature. If you subtract their self ranking on here im sure theyd still come out okay.

these guys are by far the best group of men on campus. they always show us a great time when we mix with them and are absolute gentlemen. hopefully they can do kill recruitment again to keep up the tradition

NEW ON GREEKRANK

I personally don't like the Pikes and they sure as hell don't like non-Pikes. These guys are a pure example of a large Fraternity's minority destroying the majority's reputation; a hand full of guys tarnish their rep. However, they're solid in numbers which is due to their recruitment (amazingly unaffected by their non-Greek rep); however the NIBs of this past year are a bit shaky, good with the Sororities though. Philanthropy was decent this year, but Greek social events were lacking.

They're overly masculine egomaniacs.

End up recruiting a lot of cool kids but ruin the good pledge classes by giving out too many bids and end up with a lot of really weird brothers. they are on the decline for sure now that the seniors graduated

I agree with this rating a lot, but still label them Top Tier

Really not a bad group of guys although they catch a bad rep. However got to be honest I would not consider them top tier solely based on the gen pop's opinion on them. Hard to forget but greeks do only account for 10% of Umass.

Many cute guys, but overall such jerks. They suck to mix with because they all only expect one thing so don't even bother trying to talk to them if you're in a relationship.

Wasn't sure what to expect going into our party with them this past thursday but they really know how to party. We had a country themed party and it was so much fun. The brothers were nice but definitely had egos. I can't really talk about anything else but I had a great time at our party with them and would definitely want to have another one.
