What on earth happened to Theta

I rushed maybe 7 years ago now and theta used to be upper mid tier with kappa, like theta and kappa were kind of two sides of the same coin, kappa had the rich preppy reputation and theta was more chill smart vibes (more in line with their national rep)…. Come to find out that apparently now theta is in line with tri delt?

Just interested to understand the massive downside in recent years

theta just hasn’t been super social. Strong philanthropy and good grades but apparently a lot of drama with their exex

Crazy that we used to get in trouble for having the wildest baby showers and mixers and the lack of a social side is what takes us out now. What a bummer

As a senior, it’s been just the last couple years things have been going downhill. It hopefully will turn around eventually but super sad for now…

I was wondering the same thing about Chi O! Chi O use to be tied for number 1 with Pi Phi and A Phi was wayyyyyy below both of them!
