I rushed maybe 7 years ago now and theta used to be upper mid tier with kappa, like theta and kappa were kind of two sides of the same coin, kappa had the rich preppy reputation and theta was more chill smart vibes (more in line with their national rep)…. Come to find out that apparently now theta is in line with tri delt? Just interested to understand the massive downside in recent years
