how do sorority ranks go up and down?

i am rushing and wondering how houses ranks move up and down and why only the middle houses are the ones that change? like the top and bottom are always the same but axo, chi o, kappa, theta, and g phi change depending on the post.
is it based on looks? the events? do the top house and bottom house ever change? is there a reason certain middle houses are ranked higher than others?

Ranks honestly don’t change that much from year to year. Pi Phi and Aphi are usually consider top. Tri-Delt and Gphi are bottom, but I would say Gphi is on the rise. The middle houses (Chi O, AXO, and KKG) are kinda all on the same level but have very different vibes. DG is between middle and top. Theta is between middle and bottom. Unfortunately, I would say rank is based on looks, events, and the frats you mix with (or don’t mix with) with sisterhood and grades being secondary. This is all my opinion, so take it for what it’s worth 🤪

def pick the house that you vibe with-any girl can pretty much get into any frat party. guys care more about if a girl is fun, cool, etc. than what house she is in.

Have to agree that rank is based on looks and frats that sororities mix with. It’s not right but unfortunately it’s the world we live in , that’s why ranks don’t matter and you should choose a srat on where you think you will fit in and be welcomed for who you are.
And tbh after sophomore year nobody cares about ranks at all!
