Bouse: everything else rush the frats above if you want to have a good time.
Sororities:

Honestly I feel like all of the upper tier frats are mostly interchangeable, they all throw fun parties and they all throw often, if you are rushing just go around to the house where you actually like the brothers and you will have fun regardless of their “ranking”

All of the frats on here have pretty fun parties and mix with the sororities tbh its a pretty safe list
