frat rankings 26

Tier A:SAE, Pike, Delt, Sigma Chi, Beta
Tier B: Sig Ep, Theta Chi, Pi Kapp
Tier C: Everyone else

Tier A you are going to get a similar experience, all consistently top frats. SAE is old money, Pike does everything well, Delt has great parties/tailgates, Sigma Chi/Beta somewhat similar - wouldn't say they do anything better than top 3, but still great chapters.

Tier B - Sig Ep bounces between Tier A and B. Theta Chi's house is meh and lowest quality members. Pi Kapp has a good location but that's about it.

Tier C - Everyone else. Some of the smaller chapters are cool, some are weird.

In my opinion Delt’s fallen off a lot, maybe even to tier 2. The pledge classes were rough and a lot of girls said there parties were pretty bad

In one of the other top 5, but have some boys in Delt. In no way is delt tier 2. Since I’ve been here the top 3 have always been sae, pike, delt.

I would have sig ep is between Tier A and B but otherwise very accurate.
