Tier A:SAE, Pike, Delt, Sigma Chi, Beta Tier B: Sig Ep, Theta Chi, Pi Kapp Tier C: Everyone else Tier A you are going to get a similar experience, all consistently top frats. SAE is old money, Pike does everything well, Delt has great parties/tailgates, Sigma Chi/Beta somewhat similar - wouldn't say they do anything better than top 3, but still great chapters. Tier B - Sig Ep bounces between Tier A and B. Theta Chi's house is meh and lowest quality members. Pi Kapp has a good location but that's about it. Tier C - Everyone else. Some of the smaller chapters are cool, some are weird.
