Just got one of the biggest houses on campus and some of the most successful guys. If you want nice dudes who are very motivated, go with Zetes.

May be quickly rising and moving fast but still ultimately a lower tier house. Probably some good years to come though. It's baffling how they are ranked higher than Psi (top house), shows what a joke GreekRank is. They have awkward, unattractive rushes but throw classy events and seem to like each other.

Why does everyone keep on saying not a real thing. Clearly they're on your mind if you feel the need to comment. These guys are great, they're so nice and really chill. They can only go up now that they found a place off campus

Pretty much a group of nice but awkward kids who live in south and didn't get a bid anywhere else. Don't even know how they're going to recruit now that they're moving off campus.

Love This chapter; the brothers are all for the most part super nice people and their relationships are adorable. There are some very committed members in it and they are definitely moving up in terms of tiers and popularity.
