It's not an awful house, but no one I know would seriously consider rushing. The fact that they have over 30 ratings on here and no other fraternity in the same tier as them has more than 15 tells you all you need to know. On the plus side, they're really nice and clearly care about their image, which counts for something.

Just got one of the biggest houses on campus and some of the most successful guys. If you want nice dudes who are very motivated, go with Zetes.

May be quickly rising and moving fast but still ultimately a lower tier house. Probably some good years to come though. It's baffling how they are ranked higher than Psi (top house), shows what a joke GreekRank is. They have awkward, unattractive rushes but throw classy events and seem to like each other.
