Fall 2026 In State/Out of State Honest Rankings

In State:
ADPi – historically top chapter that continues to hold its place. Weaker PC this year with a mean girl/party rep, but still most competitive house
PhiMu - Mostly seen at parties, not very involved. Blonde, pretty, taking more OOS but still mostly in state. Very competitive.
AGD - Still strong in grades and involvement, but not as sought after. The polished, clique feel and religious image turn PNMs away.
KD - starting to take more out-of-state PNMs but still mostly in-state. Their reputation has slipped a bit with some weaker recent pledge classes. Mean girl reputation.
XO - Mostly southern and religious. Past issues hurt their rep. Still have loyal pipeline girls but slipping some, with a reputation for not being the nicest.
AXO - Genuine and involved, becoming more desired in recruitment. Mostly in-state and southern with some OOS.
AOPi - Known for grades and high standards. Extremely involved on campus. Mix of fun and quirky. Solid rep.


Out of State, and In State girls who want to venture out from the same high school pipelines:
PiPhi - strong during recruitment but low campus presence after. Known for looks and partying.
DDD - very competitive in recruitment with a strong mix of in-state and OOS girls. Very involved and on the rise.
SK - becoming very competitive with strong PCs recently, shifting from a party image toward involvement/grades, becoming more desired in recruitment.
GPhi - Hard partiers, pretty girls, wild reputation, with some members posting very risqué on social media. Competitive during recruitment.
Zeta - Party reputation, mostly blonde. Still popular during recruitment but not pulling top PNMs like before.
DG - Fun philanthropy, chill vibe, more involved, known for genuine and down-to-earth girls. On the rise.
DZ - Sweet, genuine girls. Tight sisterhood but kind of under the radar.
Alpha Xi Delta - Improving but struggles with retention. COBs often. Sweet, pretty, very visible and popular in recruitment.
KKG - Fun, social, not overly strict. Not very involved on campus. Does COB often
Theta - Sweet girls, becoming more involved. COBs often, but pulled a solid PC this fall.
Tri Sig - Newest chapter with some of the sweetest girls. Still growing in recruitment but steadily improving. Often COBs
