This is pretty accurate. I would not put PiPhi as top of out of state though. At this point, I don't know who I would put because there are several that could go there but PiPhi is definitely not one of them. They should be moved down below DZ. They do nothing, no involvement, no leadership, but, go to the bars and frat parties and you will see them everywhere.
