Wow. You think they’d stop following the same recruitment strategy because it hasn’t worked, but no. Not taking the MAW girl and then taking all of a certain Bham schools girls who were dropped by kd, adpi and phi mu. Those are basically the same girls that got you in this predicament. As alum, hard to support a chapter that is its own worst enemy. And that’s saying a lot with the ones that have been made with the other chapters. Get it together girls. I was shocked and disappointed.

Chi O maybe used to be better, too two, now probably just top five, but still great. Had a few bad people who caused some problems but their strong alums will bring this house back (I’m Greek, not XO…don’t believe what you see here, this is still a top level house overall)

Poor exec leadership led to a dismal PC23. Can no longer pull the top girls. Not sure they can rebound.

Damage control is full on now with recruitment coming. Last few years pc’s made up of second choice girls or legacies that didn’t help. Not the nicest and that’s being generous. Used to be a top or at least upper mid sorority. Would consider them solidly mid at this point. Behind the traditional OOS sororities. This next pc will be the make or break. Can’t survive 4 in a row.
