yeah I'm sure being considered DDD's pool house by DDD's is really getting to them.
Not. Im sure they have enough alum support to renovate/rebuild if they need it. And they're not being attacked? Is there ever a post where they aren't listed as a top house? The only thing I feel sorry for is their lack of sisterhood and cattiness.

They did do an addition not too long ago plus some redecorating. I think they may be regretting spending what they had then with all the new changes coming to row. (SK, GPhiB, and APhi houses. Plus rumors of another house looking to rebuild!!)
I'd be annoyed if people called my house a pool house, but it's not that big a deal, I agree.
I do believe not too long ago there were some posts claiming they were falling due to 30 snap bids. Also, you saying that you "feel sorry for their lack of sisterhood and cattiness" can be seen as a passive attack
