by: DangReally only ATO did well. Ox Beta and SAE all struck out really. PKA KS and especially KA, all got their usual top quality. Its so funny watching all of these ranks when these dudes flop EVERY year I've been here. 3 years running now since my transfer. These 3 are mid. ATO KA KS PKA in that order are the top fraternities and have been for awhile. RIP PhiDelt, those epstein guys in OX and Beta should've got the boot too. SAE needs to stop having so hard.

SAE did well idk what you're talking about, and Beta was barely ok I guess certainly not as bad as youre making them out to have done. It was really just Theta Creep, their reputation finally caught up with them.

These are the true top flats, you can tell because none of them are ever on this site making up ranks. They spend too much of their time throwing events and getting girls to worry about this site.

Thanks for your input OX, that shady house filled with dahmer looking MFs and being black listed by 5 sororities has been showing for awhile. They just bid that Hialeah kid who had like 3 cases for strong arming women.
