House conveniently located by frat row. AXO- fun, some hotties but mostly avg looking, house is literally falling apart. Fix that s hit. Chi O- smart nice not attractive but very involved. Frats like them even tho not a lot of hot girls by a wide margin but respected academically, highest Greek gpa
