Is phi delt back? And is it worth rushing?

I’m aware phi delt got suspended, are they back in campus now and are they worth rushing? I saw they posted regarding fall 2026 rush on instagram but they weren’t on the rush registration. I’m an incoming freshman would appreciate some advice
