Junior Transfer Rush

transferring as a junior this fall and would like to rush. Could I still get a bid at a decent place as a junior transfer?

I can’t guarantee anything ofc but I rushed as a sophomore last year and I got the house I wanted (upper middle tier) and there was at least one junior in my PC. Be ready to explain why you’re rushing as a junior though.
