Theta Chi has had hoco with top tier sororities in recent years, KA is no longer above Pi Kapp and Delt, Pi Lamb has been falling for years, AEPi and Chi Phi are suspended and can’t rush, Sig Ep is unpaired and phi tau had kappa twice but still above LXA, and Snu/AGR are smaller niche chapters but still have some socials. Bottom is interchangeable, except ZBT and TKE don’t have a house.
