house vibes

I’m rushing this fall and have friends in AXO, deeph, and theta. I’m wondering about the reputations and vibes of these houses. I know I have to wait to rush to find out what’s the best pick and I might not even end up in any of these but If anyone has genuine input about any of the above three houses I would really appreciate it

deeph- has a heavy jap vibe, so-flo/ny, know to have weak sisterhood
theta- party girls, very trendy with a mixed vibe
axo- down to earth girls, diverse sorority, good sisterhood

deeph is just a jappy theta (they're super similar imo) and axo is known to have friendly, kinda average girls who all get along
