changing sororitys

I have a friend transferring to UF from another school where she’s in a top tier fraternity (in the NE) but at UF it’s... undesirable. Can she rush in fall for another sorority or is she stuck in hers? Also if someone is truly miserable in their sorority at UF and drop- are they banned from rushing again?

Once you are initiated into a Panhellenic sorority you cannot join another Panhellenic sorority. There might be some exceptions but I'm not sure maybe she can just sign up for rush and not tell anyone.

there are no exceptions. Once you are initiated into any sorority in any state, you cannot join another one. You will be found out if you try to rush.
