What makes a sorority middle tier? I don't mind being in any tier but I am rushing hopefully in Fall and I'm confused by tiers. I am hearing TriDelt has great house but is middle tier. Does it mean they do things only with certain frats that are also in middle

that’s bs! a lot of trolls on here consider tridelt a middle tier house because they’re not a “true top” house like zta, adpi, and kd but they’re still definitely top tier. they’re basically neck and neck with kd for #3 and some will argue they are #3 because frats like them more than kd.
as a top tier house, they pair with top frats, and maybe an upper middle if anything.

Tri Delt is upper mid tier at best. Don't compare to KD because along w ADPI and ZTA that's all that is in top tier. There's 3 that's it

Since when is KD better than tridelt? zta/adpi are equal and KD/tridelt compete for the #3 spot

Everyday Tribdelt. Tri Delt is not a TRUE top house like Kd Adpi and zta.,TribDelt wishes it was so. Not. Stop self ranking Tri delt.

Tri delt has the same social rotation as the top 3 and only pairs with top frats. chill out KD, tri Delt will never be a historically true top, but I think everyone considers them top tier!

Not everyone considers Tri delt Tri yards top tier. Top of the middle yes. Equal to kd Zta or Adpi Hell no.

Based on involviement, awards, and social calendar those are the facts

Kd hates that they share the number 3 spot with tridelt. Rotations and social schedules show that zta adpi kd and tridelt all hang out with the same frats. It’s really just preference on the guys side

Yes . It is a good house. Is it equal to Kd . No. I still think Tri delt gets the rejects from Adpi Kd and Zeta. PNM's will flock to Kd Zeta and Adpi in droves. Not so much Tri Delt. The social rotation does not mean nothing! FYI frats do not love Tri delt that much .
