what makes theta chi and Ka better than delt?

theta chi has more money and KA has more tradition. and both have slightly better social schedule

both frats have a mixed social schedule in that they pair with a mix of top and middle tier sororities.
from what ik, theta chi has socials with kd, dg, aopi (sometimes zta) and ka has socials with adpi and kd
delt only pairs with middle

Delt needs to stop self ranking. The same as Pi Kap Aepi and Kappa Sig if not lower
