tracks or tiers?

I like to think of sororities as more on "tracks" rather than tiers. To me, there's the southern or "good girl" track and there's the fun or "partier" track. For example, girls in first column are more likely to be liberal and have edgy or trendy style, while girls in the second column would probably be more conservative and have Lilly Pulitzer-type style. What do you think?
