Overall they're a pretty average chapter. Their house is one of their best features though. It doesn't look much like a greek house on the outside but on the inside it's huge and has a ton of cool amenities for the girl

This is bottom house with AGD. No one really wanted them during recruitment this year. I wish I could say I know a nice girl from Theta, but honestly I have never met anyone from Theta.

Probably the most genuine chapter to walk campus. Each girl is very driven and theta’s philanthropy helps abused children. Overall great people
