Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at University of Rhode Island - URI 4.2 They can party and are definitely up and coming. They are a diverse group. Do not have just one type of girl. Some hot girls in recent pledge classes.

Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at University of Rhode Island - URI 3.0 technically still bottom. Their girls have been getting prettier. They have an awful rep but the quality of their girls is improving. I can see them getting to middle tier within a few more PCs, but it depends on how good KD is.

Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at University of Rhode Island - URI 3.0 Honest rating. They are coming up and no one wants to admit it. Stupid people call them Phi Piggy Piggy because they don't want to admit that Phi Sig is starting to get really good. After their fall pledge class last year things really started looking up for them. They are socialing with a lot of really cool guys lately and they keep getting better and better looking. They aren't up to the top tier yet, but they are definitely no longer bottom tier.
