Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at University of Rhode Island - URI 2.6 phi sig is bottom. I'm not saying their aren't nice or cool girls in it, but they are bottom. They don't social with good frats and aren't the most fun. Of course there are girls that are pretty hot but as an overall it's not that great. just the truth

Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at University of Rhode Island - URI 3.8 Very cute girls in their new pledge class. Also, some very pretty girls in the sisterhood. I decided not to rush this semester. Two girls from my floor did. Both very sweet and not weird at all. Not fake like some of the other houses.
