The problem with adpi here is how split it is. Half is really cool, fun, cute girls but then the other half is the opposite. The adpi I've hangout with are all really cool. They are definitely on the up

ADPi has been on the rise ever since they started recruiting better girls these last 2 years. Their social calendar still needs improving, but I'd say they have one of the strongest sisterhoods and really emphasize being involved on campus. they also seem to be super involved in their philanthropy. Overall, I'd say keep an eye out for them to become a middle tier house the next few years.
