Rushing DOK vs panhell

What’s the difference I decide to rush DOK (pre health sorority) rather than a Panhellenic sorority? Is one better then the other?

I’d honestly say PHA >> DOK. If you like the STEM sorority vibe, there is always Phi Rho. But either way I would NOT rush DOK. Not a great sisterhood (sincerely a former DOK)
