sorority rush tips and advice
by: meowcurrent freshman here and signed up for rush. any tips other than the “go in with an open mind”? also is it possible to even get a top house or are the girls all preselected (i don’t really care about what ranking too much though). thanks!

Do not go in expecting a top house because you will be disappointed if you don’t have connections already. They know exactly who they want before rush starts. Outside of greekrank rankings don’t matter anyway. Treat every house with respect even if you don’t like them. Take down anything inappropriate on social media and make sure you’re following ALL of the houses.

I’m in a “top sorority” and didn’t know any girls who were already in the sorority and also had no friends who were rushing so no, it is not pre selected by any means. Everyone has an equal chance of getting into any of the sororities, and it literally just depends on how you vibe with the girls
