Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of North Florida - UNF 4.4 Used to be mid tier when I was freshman but now they are easily top tier. Throw consistently and parties are deep. But they charge hell at door if they don't know you and you are not a girl.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of North Florida - UNF 1.0 This frat does NOTHING for the community. Ever since moving in at Akers it's been nothing but issues. They are the most inconsiderate group of people with zero respect for their neighborhood. They are always leaving trash, damaging property, having loud events, parking in other people's yards, and holding parties that block the entire street. The craziest thing is they are so entitled they are oblivious to it all.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of North Florida - UNF 4.7 Love this fraternity always felt welcomed. Great parties especially for starting off as a freshman always felt safe and secure at their frat house. 10/10 brotherhood always involving each other and supporting one another. Overall a great fraternity to be around and involved with.
